Bearing Witness began with a simple desire: to pay attention to the world around me and share what I discover along the way.

Through photography and writing, I seek to document the beauty of rural Pennsylvania, its wildlife, its landscapes, and its people. My hope is that these photographs and stories will encourage others to slow down, look a little closer, and recognize the wonder of our Creator.

What began as a personal pursuit has grown into something more. Bearing Witness has become an opportunity to share the beauty of creation, encourage others through writing, and open doors for meaningful conversations about faith and life.

Every photograph and story represents time spent in the field, often long before sunrise, waiting, watching, and sometimes returning home without the photograph I had hoped to capture.

There is also the work that happens afterward: selecting and editing photographs, writing reflections and essays, maintaining the website, and preparing new content to share.
